If your operator is not on the list, don't worry, you can always purchase a Vinicard which is the local prepaid card.
VINICARD SELLING POINTSBefore you leave, check with your operator that your plan allows you to roam abroad.
Make sure you register all your mobile number in the international format, (ex : +(your country code) and your correspondant number).
In case you might have to call your Customer Service, register the number in your contacts folder.
To connect to our network, just switch on your cellphone when you arrive at the airport of Tahiti/Faaa and your connection to the Vini network will be done automatically.
You are connected on the network once you see one of these brand names, VINI F, F VINI or 547 20. If you are having trouble connecting, then make a manual research within your mobile menu through the "network settings" and select "network selection" and validate "manual".
Local callTo make a local call from our network, just dial the 6 digits of your correspondant, postpaid, prepaid or landline, ex : 75 XX XX.
International callWhen you call your family or friends in your home country, just dial the international access code (+ or 00), your home country code (ex :33 for France) and the number of your correspondant.
Our prepaid card : Vinicard When your operator is not a Vini roaming partner, the Vinicard allows you to connect instantly to our network, to make and receive calls whilst on vacation or on a business trip.
